The Burnout Department makes apparel for people who show up anyway: the dyspeptic, the disillusioned, the disgruntled. The ones who've been CC'd into oblivion, @channel'd at 4:58PM on a Friday, and told to circle back so many times they've lost count.

We're not here to fix corporate culture. That's above our pay grade and frankly outside our scope. We're here to make sure you have something worth wearing while you endure it and plan your escape.

Every design started with a real feeling and lived experience. You know, the quiet rage of the $5 gift card after record profits, the existential dread of the Sunday scaries, the particular humiliation of being on mute during the one moment you had something important to say. We didn't have to look far for inspiration. Neither did you.

This isn't therapy. It's a tee. But sometimes that's enough.
