Fulfillment Timeline

Your order will be processed, printed, and shipped within the timeframes below. Unlike your Q4 deadline, this one is realistic.

Production Time All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. This is not a delay. This is the process working as intended.

Shipping Times (after production)

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Unlike your performance review, it will tell you exactly where things stand.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@theburnoutdepartment. We'll investigate and resolve it — no ticket system, no chatbot, no being transferred four times.

Important We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or acts of corporate reorganization. Once your order leaves our hands, it's in theirs.
